COVID-19 Information

We are continuing to support anyone who has enquiries about Personal Independence Payment, Attendance Allowance, Employment Support Allowance, Universal Credit and all other benefits and appeals work including offering a benefits check for anyone who might need it especially if considering making a new claim to Universal Credit from legacy benefits.

As usual we are also supporting anyone who has Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Child Tax Credit queries.

We are working closely with Plymouth City Council and our Board of Trustees and Senior Management Team to manage the risks to the smooth running of the service we deliver related to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We are still open Monday – Friday 9.00am – 4.15pm for all benefit and general advice, and you can contact us on 01752 201766 or alternatively on the Advice Plymouth number 0300 3309 043
