Gentle Tai Chi

Proven to improve strength, flexibility, aerobic conditioning and balance. Session can be done standing or seated.

Falls Prevention Workshop

The Falls Prevention Team consists of physiotherapists, exercise professionals and support workers who are able to answer queries and signpost you to suitable strength and balance support.

Eating Well for Healthy Ageing

We will be joined by a registered dietician who will cover topics such as eating well to support healthy ageing and foods to support strengthening muscles.
