ILP New Starter Registration

This form is to be completed by the line manager and once submitted will be sent direct to ILP HR who will complete the registration process and will contact you directly if required.

New Employee

HR will complete the following
- References (a copy of the received will be uploaded to Bright)
- DBS check (if required)
- Issue Statement of Main Terms and Offer Letter
- Welcome email
- System access login credentials

New Volunteer/ Student Placement 

The line manager will be required to request references for the volunteer/student (template saved in the LMT SharePoint).
Once obtained this will need to be uploaded to Bright.

We should not have any paper records for the volunteer once their profile has been added to Bright.

The volunteer/student will be emailed by HR to complete their Bright registration, the line manager is required to check this has been completed as part of the induction.
