Community Champions

Improving Lives Plymouth and Devon and Cornwall Police are working in partnership to deliver Community Champions. 

Community Champions will look to:

• Educate the public by providing information across local communities to improve general understanding on where to go to access support services for a variety of issues which should reduce the demand on our local police services.
• Research is currently taking place to identify these key issues and geographical areas within Plymouth 
• We will look to work in partnership with other organisations to recruit and train some of their existing staff and volunteers to become Community Champions
