Improving Lives, working in Partnership with Citizens Advice Plymouth, is looking to recruit 2 part time positions to support the Advice Plymouth Casework Team

Casework Administrators

Salary £8,424 per annum for 17.5 hours per week

The successful applicants will need to demonstrate:

  1. Experience of working in a busy office environment.
  2. Experience of developing and maintaining office systems.
  3. They are an experienced computer user.
  4. They have high level clerical skills
  5. They can organise a range of tasks and a competing workload
  6. They have office and computer skills to at least level 3 NVQ or equivalent

All applicants invited to interview will need to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in the UK. All applicants will need to have two references.
