Enabling you to choose and access services that best meet your needs. Our service provides a coordinated first point of entry into the services that are in the community to support veterans, specialist and many others. If you are a recent leaver or have been out of the military for some time please get in contact with us to get the support you need. Our staff and volunteers, who are themselves veterans, will also help facilitate a smooth transition for those leaving military life and support them in preparing for civilian life. This may include:

Information, advice and signposting for veterans and their dependants.
Support for veterans and their dependants to navigate and choose services that best meet their needs.
Work with partner organisations to deliver the required support.
Assessments of need and support plans developed with you.
Outreach work in various community settings.

Opening Hours

Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm

We are closed on all Bank Holidays and for the week between Christmas and New Year.
