Are you living with a long-term health condition? Would you like to have a better quality of life?

My Health, My Way to find tips, techniques and advice to help and support you at the moment, especially if you are self-isolating
Learn new ways to manage your life in an informal, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

  • Week 2 - Being Active & Eating Well

  • Week 3 - Being Thankful & Asking for Help

  • Week 4 - Challenging Unhelpful Beliefs & Communication

  • November/December – Tuesday 23rd, 30th 7th and 14th December  (Webinar) -10:30 am

  • January/ February  – Tuesday 11th, 18th 25th and 1st February – Face to Face – First Floor Meeting Room, Mannamead – 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
  • February  – Wednesday 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd – (Webinar) - 1:00 pm
  • February/ March – Tuesday 8th,  15th,  22nd  and 1st  March – Face to Face – First Floor Meeting Room, Mannamead - 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
