What does it involve?

Group of participants living with a mix of different conditions meet over four weekly sessions of three and a half hours at 156 Mannamead Road, Plymouth, PL3 5QL and are led through a structured course by trained tutors many of whom are also living with long-term conditions themselves.

In addition to the course activities, participants benefit from meeting other people experiencing similar problems, sharing ideas and information, and also building strong support networks which often last beyond the four week course.
