For your information, we can also offer a 30 minute "taster" session outlining in more detail what we cover each week and also to familiarise individuals with Zoom and to answer any questions or concerns they may have prior to attending the course. It is a good way of meeting people prior to the first Webinar session. We can accommodate our "taster" sessions around individual availability, just contact us and we can arrange this.
We are also able to provide one to one bespoke telephone support for individuals who wish to better manage their health and wellbeing and do not want to take part in the webinars. Please call us on the number below to discuss in more detail and for further information.
