Carers Activities

We know that you are committed to your caring role but we believe that carers also have a right to a life of their own and that you need to maintain a balance between your caring responsibilities and any leisure or social activities you would like to pursue.

At Caring for Carers we run and support a variety of monthly activities for carers who are registered with us. These are low cost or free and are very popular. Spaces will always be offered to carers who have not attended previously first.

Ukulele Workshop

This is a great opportunity for Carers to de-stress and build your confidence, whilst having fun and learning a new skill with like minded people. We will provide Ukuleles for you to use whilst at the workshop so that you can decide if it’s for you before buying your own. All workshops are on a Monday from 10.00am – 12.00pm and are held at 156 Mannamead Road, Plymouth, Devon, PL3 5QL

Free Legal Clinic

For further information on any of these activities please contact us at Caring for Carers on 01752 201890 or email caringforcarers@improvinglivesplymouth.org.uk
