Support to develop skills

A range of workshops, groups and activities are provided to motivate, improve self esteem and aid the development of life skills. Groups include cookery, basic literacy, money skills, art and crafts, health information, ladies group, relaxation and many more.

Such groups aid the development of independent living skills and social skills and are planned according to our members wishes.

Members are offered an annual needs assessment where they can identify the areas they would most like help and support. This enables people to set their own goals and enables staff to measure progress made.
