Planning Your Future
Your caring role should not get in the way of your goals and future plans, we are here to help you in order to make those next steps a little bit easier.
The most important thing you can do is make time to think about your own life. Talking to others about yourself isn’t selfish! professionals, counsellors and the 18-25 support coordinators can all help.
We have teamed up with City College Plymouth and will be running workshops alongside expert teaching staff at the college. This will be on the 3rd Monday of every month starting on 21st Feb 2022!
This is an exciting collaboration aimed at helping young adult carers understand their role a bit more with topics like end-of-life care, dementia, how to safely move and handle others as well as equip them with the skills needed in everyday life by working on resilience, motivation, English and maths. These workshops are FREE to join and will be held in the City Centre at Pinpoint
If you are a Young Adult Carer and want help with accessing the above opportunities, please feel free to contact us via phone, text or email:
