	£ 15.00	would enable 11 people with learning disabilities to access an Active for All dance session.
	£ 17.00	would enable someone with a learning disability to attend a Better Futures support session.
	£ 100.00	would enable someone newly diagnosed as visually impaired to be supported to maintain their independence.
	£ 350.00	would enable someone with a long term health condition to attend a Long-Term Condition Self-Management Programme
	£ 520.00	would fund a week's case work support in Information and Advice team to help people in need to claim welfare benefits
