Caring for Caring run multiple activities within different themes throughout the year. All of our activities are advertised via our monthly e-newsletter, as well as a paper copy twice per year. Carers Week

Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK. Unpaid carers should be valued and respected by everyone in our society, and carers should have the information and support they need.

We are planning many activities across the week and will be advertising them in our May newsletter. Carers Rights Day

In November, every year Caring for Carers run a national day called Carers Rights Day to focus on raising awareness of the rights that unpaid carers have. Although this day is a very important day, we believe that carers rights should be represented every day of the year. Caring can be hard work - physically and emotionally.

We will be running a day packed full of activities for all carers, trying to raise the awareness of the rights thata unpaid carers have.
