A charity at the heart of our community, supporting and inspiring people to improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing.
Our Drop-In Team offers free and confidential advice. We can help you understand your choices, find the right support, and take practical steps to improve your situation.
We provide general advice, as well as specialist support with welfare benefits, including ongoing casework where needed.
If we cannot solve your issue directly, we will help you find the right service that can.
We are open every Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 4:15pm
We are closed on all Bank Holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year.
